RESELLERS AND FABRICATORS

4ltx accepts reseller accounts with multiple discount levels based on order and monthly dollar volume. Discounts vary depending on item and volumes. 

Once a reseller account has been established you will receive custom pricing, available only to you once you login to the web site. You will then be able to order items online. Special custom price quotes are also available, please contact us.

In order to be qualified as a reseller please complete the following 3 simple steps: 


1. Fill out 4ltx's Reseller Application form and Reseller Tax Certificate print and sign it.


2. Email completed  and scanned 4ltx's Reseller Application form and Reseller Tax Certificate to us at partners@4ltx.com


3. Click Reseller Login button to request access. We will approve your access usually within 48 hours after we receive all documentation.

Please remember that if you are tax exempt you will still be required to enter your Tax ID number for every order in the appropriate field at checkout.
